Nicole Hays 

Visual and Performance Artist

Saint Petersburg Florida Bodypainter

      As seen on Game Show Network's "Skin Wars", Nicole Hays is known for her unique fine art bodypainting, original production work and performance on unique apparatus. 

 

   Nicole Hays is a visual and performance artist based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. Nicole specializes in professional face and body art, canvas and mural art, circus acts such as partner acrobatics and flexibility, dance improvisation and alternative modeling. 

    Nicole holds a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technology from University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She sees herself as a serial entrepreneur focusing on creating jobs and opportunities for both visual and performance artists, as well as creating unique performances for live audiences. 

 

   She has also been involved in directing, choreographing, acting and singing in live theatrical productions for over 14 years. She has written, produced and starred in original productions that include circus performance, burlesque and dance.  

 

   Nicole holds an Associate of Arts degree in Pre-Theatre from Gulf Coast College as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Performance from University of South Florida. 

 

   Nicole Hays was also a cast member of Game Show Network's hit bodypainting competition reality show, Skin Wars, which aired in August of 2014. Skin Wars is now available on Netflix. 

 

   Nicole performs on the unique "Spinning Sphere", a one-of-a-kind circus apparatus that highlights her flexibility, dance technique and acting skills. 

A.J. Vaughan

Musician, Actor and Sound Engineer

   A.J. Vaughan is a performer and sound engineer based in Tampa, FL. He studied viola and voice performance at the University of South Florida before earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Music from Florida State University (studying under Grammy award-winning sound engineer Chandler Bridges).

   A.J. performs solo on viola, violin, electric violin, and voice; he also frequently works with several local bands including Bay Kings, DeLeon Entertainment, and Camille Dupree & Broken Fetters. Private lessons (viola, violin, and music theory) are available to adults of all levels.

   A.J. acts in films and in live shows at venues ranging from local theaters to large theme park stages. In addition to character acting, he is part of a performing acrobatic team in the Tampa area called ACROBOTIC.

   As a sound engineer, he works in both live (FOH, monitors) and studio (tracking, mixing, mastering) settings. His clientele ranges from local bands to concert venues to theatre companies and even to movie producers. He arranges and composes music, with commissions from theatre companies, string ensembles, and a cappella groups ranging from Florida to Connecticut.
